Shipping regions
We currently serve customers in Europe and North America. Orders may be fulfilled from a United States warehouse or a China warehouse based on product availability and destination.
Processing & delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery is generally 3–10 business days after processing, depending on the destination and fulfillment location.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $49. Any available expedited service and related cost will be displayed clearly before order confirmation.
Tracking and delays
