Spot clean first
For a small mark, blot with a clean damp cloth and a small amount of mild detergent. Work from the outside of the mark inward. Avoid vigorous rubbing, which can pull thread loops or change the direction of the embroidery.

Prepare before washing
Remove the insert, close the hidden zipper, and turn the cover inside out. Hand washing is recommended. When the product care label permits machine washing, use cold water, a gentle cycle, mild detergent, and a protective laundry bag.
Air-dry whenever possible
Reshape the cover while damp and lay it flat or hang it away from direct heat. Do not wring, bleach, or tumble dry at high heat. Heat and aggressive movement can distort the base fabric and embroidery.
Store clean and dry
Fold with the embroidered face inward and store in a breathable, dry space. Avoid placing heavy items directly on raised motifs for long periods.
Protect the hidden zipper
Support the fabric near the zipper when opening or closing. Do not force the slider around a tightly packed insert. If the cover feels strained, use a slightly smaller or softer insert.
