Examples of eligible issues
Coverage may include confirmed defects involving seams, hidden zipper construction, embroidery attachment, or base fabric integrity that were not caused by misuse or improper care.
Available resolutions
After review, an approved resolution may include repair, replacement, a comparable substitute, or another appropriate remedy based on product availability and the nature of the issue.
What is not covered
Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, pet damage, improper washing or drying, prolonged direct-sun exposure, unauthorized alteration, cosmetic preference, and pillow inserts are not covered unless required by applicable law.
How to request warranty support
Email Cozeline@yeah.net with your order number, purchase email, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the product and affected area. Keep the item until our customer care team completes its review.
